Terms of Service — DualScent

Welcome to DualScent. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. We recommend reading them together with our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to engage in activities that affect its operation, security or integrity. We may modify, update or suspend any part of the site.

2. Customer information

You are responsible for making sure your order and contact information (name, address, email and phone) is accurate and complete. We may cancel orders with incorrect, suspicious or fraudulent information.

3. Products

We sell brand-name products sourced through our wholesale supply chain. Images are representative: manufacturers may update packaging or presentation, and small differences do not necessarily indicate a different product. Descriptions are for information only and are not medical or cosmetic claims.

4. Prices, taxes and availability

Prices may change without notice. The applicable price is the one shown when you complete your order.
Applicable taxes may be calculated and charged at checkout where required.
Availability is not guaranteed until the order is processed. If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we may cancel that item or the order and refund the corresponding amount.
If we find an obvious error in price, description or availability, we may correct it and, if the order has already been placed, cancel and refund it.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. We may cancel orders that show signs of fraud or misuse.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Returns & Refunds Policy, both available on this site.

7. Intellectual property

The site's own content (DualScent text, design and logo) may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brands and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DualScent will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable law.
